Olivia came to Kingsway because of my daughter Katie.  She and I were at Jennifer Wehking’s home each weekend for a month, to watch four litters of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies change and develop.  Told I have an eye for movement, she set about teaching me what creates that movement.

While there Katie made a friend!  Each week we would go and Olivia sought out Katie's lap.  If  Katie got up, Olivia would follow her.  Every time she sat down, Olivia was in her lap.  I had already asked about Olivia, beautifully made up, she was a joy to watch and had the largest soulful eyes.  Drawn to the same type, I was told she was not for sale!  However, Katie's relationship with Olivia stayed in Jennifer's mind and a few weeks later she was allowed to become part of our family.  We chose Olivia, but it was really Olivia who chose us!

Unable to be shown in conformation, due to an undershot bite, I was ok with that.  After all there is no perfect dog, and Olivia had enough of what I wanted that I knew she would make a great foundation bitch.  She has done just that.  She is the sweetest loving girl and she is a talker!  She woo woos to get attention and has passed this endearing trait on to her kids! 

Olivia blessed me with a litter of six.  My pick of that litter, became my first Bred by Exhibitor Champion, Kingsway's Enduring Faith. Olivia has blessed me with another litter of five.  From that litter I kept a male & female, Oliver and Gracie.  She loves to cuddle up for a nap, and holds a special place in my heart!
